How the heck do I know how to SAVE AS when I want to "share"/send this
.pub file.  It contains both black and white photos and text.

Well, I know how to save as, but there's so much to choose from.   Help,
please.

This is MS Publisher 2002, sp3.       Nice program after ya get used to
it.  <g>

The best, to ensure that all can open the file (not everyone has Publisher),
is to create a PDF and send that as an attachment.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat (not the reader), you can get a free pdf
creater here: http://www.primopdf.com  It will install as a printer driver.
To use it, simply select PrimoPDF instead of your regular printer.

Ah, send as an attachment.  I'll try that. BUT, doesn't the other person
have to have a reader??

Thanks for your input.         AnnE in MN

Wow, that was easy.  Now I'll wait to see if she can view it.  Thanks
again.        AnnE

Almost *everyone* has Adobe Reader on their system. I've never seen a
computer without it installed/preinstalled.  ;-)

But I'm not a unisex either. I thought I had all this stuff figured out
years ago. Figures that everything changes as we grow older. Darnit!

The Foxit Reader takes only 3.9 MB of hard drive space. The Adobe Reader 8
hogs a full 16MB.

That difference was significant when the average hard drive was maybe
3MB.
