Even after I have formatted the cells in Excel (currency, $, 2 decimals),
when I try to bring that data into publisher for my mail merge, it has
multiple numbers past the decimal point, i.e instead of $125.26 it shows up
as $125.265.

Seemed to try everything and can't correct.  Any suggestions<

Thanks

Save as a CSV file and merge from that. Publisher completely ignores
Excel's cell formatting, as you've found out.
