Can I upgrade my product to latest version?  If so will I be able to use
publications I have created in this 2000 version?  Will I be able to then
send my work by email to someone that has Office 2007 on their computer?
Thank you.

The email part is trickier. What program do you use for email now?

I use Earthlink or Gmail.
Where can I perform the upgrade?  Thank you.

You'll have to attach your files to your email but yes, you can send them to
others who have Publisher 2007.

As for the upgrade, I suggest Amazon.com. They have the best prices.
