I have been trying to print a newseletter. It is 8 8.5X11 pages - or
4 11X17 pages. In the 2003 publisher I was able to change the page
order on the layout tab of the page setup so my printer would print it
correctly. In 2007, I can not figure out how to change the page order
in order to print the newsletter. So it is printing it all funny with
multiple pages on top of each other. How can I fix this to print
correctly?
Please help!

Printing from 2007 is an adventure to say the least.
Is this setup as a booklet? Do you have a duplex unit? If not...
Try this:
print page range.. 1,6,3,8
Turn the pages over, alternate them.
page range.. 7,4,5,2

working

Are you selecting *two sided* in the two-sided printing options? If you select
the *two-sided* your printer will automatically show the duplex unit and print
preview will be correct.

Yes I am selecting the duplex option. There used to be a layout tab
that I was able to click change page order. That option is not there
in the 2007 version. I am doing everything like I did before when it
used to print correctly but with out the layout tab. Any suggestions?

When you are in print preview, there is an icon that will allow you to see all
four of your pages at once. It should say
8-1
2-7
6-3
4-5; if you have your duplex unit enabled and your page setup is booklet.
If you did not originally setup your newsletter as a booklet you can rearrange
your pages with the page sorter tabs, but you shouldn't have to, just re-setting
up the publication to booklet would be enough.
I don't have any other ideas. You could try saving to a PDF and then printing.
The PDF add-in is pretty good.
