textbox on autoshape

Hi all,
I have a Pub07 file I'm creating as a newsletter. On this newsletter I have
text box on top of an autoshape. The autoshape is a box with rounded
corners. I want the autoshape to serve as a colored background to my text
box. On screen it looks fine. However when I send the file as the body of
the email it seems that the auto shape splits long-wise and inserts white
space so that only a portion of my texbox has a colored background. I tried
resizing both textbox and autoshape with no luck. Does anyone know how to
get around this? Are there dimension limits for textboxes or autoshapes?
Thanks,
LGarcia

You can right-click an auto shape, add text. It might solve your problem. You
are trying to convert a publication to a web type document; all your auto shapes
are being converted to bitmaps.
