My only advice would be to setup your business card document afresh. Use one of
the Avery templates, they seem to work better. Copy/paste from the older
document.
Be very sure your printer driver is current.
I've had some issues with the print, I have created business cards manually and
adjusted the print by nudging the publication until it prints correctly. Lasers
works far better than ink jet type printers.

Hi Mary,
Got it to work, used one of the avery templetes in Publisher.
used the align to margins and bingo, they print perfectly.
