I just installed a printer,but when I try to print my stuff it says"publisher cannot complete the task" What version Publisher? What model printer? If you select a different printer as a default in the control panel and then select your new printer in Publisher can you print then? Just because your printer is new doesn't mean the driver is current. Go to the manufacturer's web site and see if there is a more current driver available.
