I have a template for 10-up business cards, and I have been reusing it to
create different cards for employees.  Suddenly, the template has shifted and
the spacing on  the cards changes from the top to the bottom of the print
out.  The top two cards are correct and the bottom 8 are pulled up to the top
of each card print out, making them out of whack.  Any idea what causes this
or how to correct it?

Sounds more a printer problem than a Publisher problem. What version Publisher
are you using? Have you changed versions?

Have you checked with the manufacturer's web site to see it there is an updated
driver?
Take a look at your rollers, are they picking up the stock correctly?
