What version Publisher are you using? All the versions I have used you can
designate any month to begin and any to end. Are you sure you are changing the
year too?

If you are using the Design Gallery calendars, you can only create one month at
a time. Generally they are used for Newsletters and the like. The calendar
templates (Publications for Print) you can create any amount of months.

I am using Publisher 2003. I am using the Publications designs, calendar
options. The orientation is landscape, yearly and "schedule of events" in
none. When I select "change date range" the months are grayed out and it
only allows me the option of changing the year.

To create a fiscal year Dec 01, 2007 to Nov 30, 2008 calendar, make your date
range 2007 to 2008 which gives you a two page calendar. Click on the calendar
for 2007 and ungroup all the month text boxes. Drag the December box to the
scratch area on the left. Go to the second page and create 3 or 4 vertical
ruler guides and 3 or 4 horizontal ruler guides from the Arrange menu to help
with placement of the boxes. Click on the calendar and drag all 12 months to
the right one box. Ungroup them and move the rightmost boxes to the left and
down. Drag December 2007 to the first box position. Modify your title text
box to reflect the calendar's function. Delete the first page.

Thank you. That is what I ultimately had to do. I just thought maybe there
was a simpler way.
