I want to change an invitation from side fold card to top fold card, but my side and fold options are grayed out. Using 2003, which is activated. This only happens when you are using a Publication for Print template. If you scroll down to the *Thank You* cards and others of that size you will have all the options. Or if you create the card from scratch.
