I have a four page newsletter in Publisher 2003. However, when I convert to
PDF, there are 8 pages, some blank and some duplicates. These show up in
print preview; however, they are not there at the bottom of the page. I
can't see how to delete these hidden pages so that I can convert my document
properly - can anyone help? - Caroline
Don't know if this article will help, but it is worth a try

Thank you Mary, I converted all my pictures, saved them as a different
publication, but the problem is still there. 8 pages appearing for a 4 page
publication. Sorry, but it was worth a go anyway.

I'd see if an updated printer driver is available from the manufacturer's web
site.
Select a different printer as default in the control panel printer folder.

A postscript
After you create a new default printer in the printer folder, when you are ready
to print select your regular printer in Publisher.
