How do I shadow an object in Publisher

I have looked under the formatting tab, but I do not see a shadowing option.

Right-click the toolbar, check shadow settings

Hi Mary, Thanks for quick reply. I just tried right clicking but there is
still no shadow option.

2007: it's on the formatting tool bar...it's a green box icon with a small
shadow effect - if you have the View | Toolbar > Shadow Settings unchecked.
Similar in 2003.
