Can anyone please advise: On Windows98 when I sometimes go to print a
document I get this: -"SPOOL32 caused a general protection fault in module
GDI.EXE at 0008:000005f8" - then I have to restart my 'puter as the text
just starts disappearing from all other pages of all current programs. In
the past I have tried to fix this by installing new drivers, without
success.This could happen at anytime but ALWAYS when I am also running
graphic/sound programs.

Thanks John Inzer,

I went to the 'closest' link on that site and all it does is recommend I
download the latest printer driver (which I already have). I am using a
Canon BJ-200ex with Windows98.

I'll just have to persevere until I 'upgrade' next year.
