Graphic Converter in Publisher 2000 does not stay loaded

When inserting photos from 1.4mg Digital camera this error
occurs-  The feature you are trying to use is not
available - Insert MS 2000 SR-1 Disk 2

We have to do this every picture!

Instead of inserting the pictures directly from your camera, try downloading
the pictures to your hard drive first.
