Thanks Ed,
I tried to open the attachment you posted in binaries. My firewall gave me all sorts
of grief, after going through "do you really want to open..." a couple of times, the
whole business quit responding. What did I do wrong???

No idea - it opens just fine here running ZoneAlarm
It did take a few seconds for Internet Explorer to display it.
What firewall are you using?

I did finally get Zone Alarm to open the file. Zone Alarm had an update a couple of
days ago, it changed some of their security files. I get a zip file every morning
from a subscription service, it was so screwed up. I finally disabled the attachment
thing within Zone Alarm; still it wouldn't let me open your binary until I promised
my first born.
