I want to sell tickets to a charity dinner party and keep the stubs to use
for drawing a lucky door prize. About 3 complete tickets to an A4 page with
the stub about one quarter on the LH side of the ticket. Thank you in advance
for your suggestions!

What version Publisher?
Might try the "With Compliments Card" template, change it to your specs, setup up a
merge of consecutive numbers.

Dear Mary,
Thank you for your prompt reply and your advice. I am using Publisher 2003.
I will now try it.

Kind regards,

Doug
