The #2 disk of a (6) disk set in my Home Publishing Premium 2000 was
demolished in my CD drive. This is the setup disk and since the CD is no
longer available from Microsoft  I need a copy badly. Is there anyone that
can successfully copy a #2 disk? I will be more than happy to pay anyone for
there trouble.

I guess you tried the following link?

(326246) How to Replace Lost, Broken, or
Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=326246

Also...eBay is usually a good source for
outdated software.

Well then you're SOOL. No one can make you a copy. Or, worse yet, accept
money for it. Check eBay for a copy. You could also check any buy-out stores
in your area. I don't know if they are allowed to sell older software but
it's a nothing ventured, nothing gained situation.

BTW, I've noticed that no one else mentioned this but.........this group is
for Publisher, not Home Publishing. Those programs have very similar names
but they are two different programs.

If you had read the responses to the OP, you would have seen a link to
Microsoft for a response. HOWEVER, Microsoft no longer supports the 2000
programs. You're going to have to try eBay or elsewhere for older software.
And I seriously doubt if you can get just the one disc.
