My first problem was after installing Pub 98 and trying
to publish revisions to my website, the wizard was
saying "another web server was already using
the "descriptive name" for my site - if I got past that
location it claimed "the wizard couldn't receive all the
necessary information about the web server". Somehow it
obviously wasn't recognizing me as me. As a possible
solution I uninstalled Pub 98 and re-installed it but now
when I try to complete the setup for the web publishing
wizard I get an error message that says "error loading
Win95INF32.Dll" but doesn't offer any options.

Can anybody please help?

You will need to use a standalone FTP program like WS_FTPLite or similar.

Have you read David Bartosik's site at www.davidbartosik.com?
