Want photo opaque to match green background AND keep the eyes whi.

Hi,

I am trying to cahnge the background of a phote to match the background
colour of my page. When I do this it cahnges all colours so even the eyes
change to green when I want them to stay white. How can I change the photo
background but leave soem colours in tact?

You will have to do this in an image editing application.
