The best way to do this would be via an MHT file
However, brochures are normally best in print.

Ok how do I make a mht file? I did print out the pub file
but need to e-mail allot also.

ok. I did this and when I attach it they still have to
open the attachment. I want it where it is in the window
of the message text. so they do not have to open or d/l
the attachment.

I do this for our club. It's a little work but it works...
I create the publication in Publisher to be printed and mailed, I then
create an identical publication in FrontPage and save as HTML to be opened
in outlook express and mailed out that way. I suppose you could do this in
Word also.
