In KB 218725, MS indicates that extra content can be deleted with a
wizard. I have checked other KBs and can not find such a wizard.

Any idea how to find the wizard or delete the extra content?

I did a search on the Microsoft website for KB 218725 and nothing came up.
Maybe a typo?

Perhaps open your file and look to the last icon on the tool bar on the left
side. On my version of 2000, that is the Publisher Design Gallery. Click it
> Extra Content.
