Where can I get documentation?

My copy of publisher didn't have a book about Publisher
or about PhotoEditor -- but my friend's identical box had
thick books for each.

How can I get copies of these documents? Are they
available as downloadable PDF files?

Any help would be appreciated.

version2002; I bought Publisher Deluxe.

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

Publisher Deluxe with Photo Editing came wth manuals. Publisher retail did
not.
I don't believe there were ever manuals for Photo Editor.
