How do i smooth jagged circles in publisher

Circles drawn in publisher for use on a webpage look v jagged roud the edges
- how can i smooth them off?

You are taking a vector and turning it into a bitmap. Keep your outline weight as
small as possible. There are web elements available on the Office clipart site that
may look better.
