How do I send a four page news letter as a e-mail message?

I am attempting to send a news letter via e-mail distribution.  I am also
printing it.  All of the people I am attempting to contact do not have
publisher and can not extract the file.  The message function will only pick
up the first page.

If I don't answer your question here, I apologise.  You didn't actually ask
one, so I had to guess what you wanted to know.

Suggestion 1: Create a PDF using a free converter such as that at
www.primopdf.com, and send that to your recipients.
Suggestion 2: Extend the first page of your publication to the combined
length of all the pages in your publication, and copy/paste from the other
pages onto page one.  Then send that as a message.
