All caps is considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes your posts very hard to read. 2) What has this to do with MS Publisher? You do not use Publisher to write letters, you use Word (at least I do, YMMV). Did you have a question pertaining to MS Publisher desktop publishing software...?
