My publication has 10 pages.  For printing purposes, it is 2, 2-sided 11 x 17
sheets and 1, 2-sided 8-1/2 x 11 sheet in the middle.  My printer is having
trouble printing, and has asked me to send the 8-1/2 x 11 pages to him
separately. I can not figure out how to format them that way.  Can you help
or do you have another solution? Thanks.

Setup a new publication, copy/paste the contents.
