Is there a keyboard shortcut for next page in MS Publisher 2002?

You don't like the little icons in the status bar?

The .aspx page (2nd URL) "Working with pages" / "Move between pages" link
gives Three (3) options. The F5 or CTRL + G "Go to page dialog box" option
works, but the other two options, Next page - CTRL + PAGE DOWN and previous
page - CTRL + PAGE UP do not work as indicated. They simply shift the work
area window right and left bringing the focus of attention to the left or
right page not changing the page. Repeated key strokes do nothing except a
back and forth toggle when used alternately.

CTRL - G or F5 is more work than simpley grabbing the mouse and clicking the
desired page if it is visable in the Status Bar.

What I am looking for is the ability to select the next or previous page
from the keyboard since my hands are there already doing data entry.

I just noticed that the 2nd URL is a reference to Publisher 2003. I asked for
2002. Maybe it was intended to work in 2002 but doesn't. Is there a fix?

Do you have Office XP Service Pack 3?

Help About shows Microsoft Publisher 2002 (10.2621.2625), It doesn't show ANY
Service Pack information unless it is included in the above numbers.

I'll check into that. Check the obvious of course.

Thank you.

OK SP3 has been applied. Help now shows Microsoft Publisher 2002
(10.6308.6626) SP3

Nothing has changed however with regards to CTRL - PAGE UP and CTRL - PAGE
DOWN. It still just shifts the work area screen left and right. It does not
move through the page numbers at all.

It appears that there is no Keyboard shortcut, that works, available in
Publisher.

On Pub 2002 using Ctrl+F5 will go back one page. Shift+F5 will go forward
one page. I don't think this is documented however. I created a keyboard
shortcuts booklet for Pub2002 that lists all the shortcuts as noted in the
help file and these two were missing, but Ctrl+F5 was noted in the help file
(in error) as used to make the current view normal size from maximum. I have
corrected the booklet. If you or anyone else would like a copy, send me a
private email and I'll send a copy to you.

Ron, FWIW your shortcuts also work in Pub 2000.
