This has nothing whatsoever to do with Publisher, this is a printer issue.
Suggest you follow the instructions here: - http://tinyurl.com/8ffcn. You
will need to follow step one only, unless you're having any other problems. I
would also see if there's an updated driver for your printer (I assume you
meant '4100 TN, not NT). However, as it's a discontinued model, I doubt there
is.
I would, however, download the latest driver, uninstall the old, and follow
the instructions at the link I've given you.
Deinstalling and reinstalling Publisher may, or may not, be necessary. If you
do wish to do so, follow the instructions exactly as given and DO NOT
reinstall the driver until you're told to do so.
Might go to the HP site and look around for an updated driver. Do you mean 4100tn?

Have you composed the document with CMYK colors?
