Publisher XP - keeps crashing
we have some workstations running Windows XP Service Pack 2, with Office XP
and publisher XP. Outlook is version 2003. Lastest service packs for
Publisher appear to be applied, Office 2003 (outlook part) is running service
pack 1 (not 2)
From time to time, publisher is crashing and we get the error reporting
screen that allows us to restart publisher. It seems to appear most when
working with the clipart module and searching for clipart, and after closing
the clipart search screen. I believe that it is also crashing when just got
documents open, but it is hard to replicate the error, seems to happen
frequently but not on demand.
this is in the event logs
source: Microsoft Office 10

Description: faulting application mspub.exe, version 10.0.6308.0, faulting
module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x3252d5d6
Any suggestions on how to fix this

Are you on a server?
Open the Organizer from start, Microsoft Office Tools, when the Organizer starts,
tools, compact. Do a detect and repair as well. Empty your temporary cache, in
Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Do you have a error log? Maybe Dr. Watson?
How to view error signatures if an Office program experiences a serious error and
quits

I can find lots of information about Event 1000, but no particular solutions.
