hi~

my 'normal' global template in word 2003 won't work. in fact, word won't
open any document at all. i've tried the auto-repair function, and
reinstalled office, but to no avail. i keep getting a dialogue box that says
"this document has been changed, do you want to save changes?" whether i save
changes or not, i still cannot open any documents. help!
