Can not edit Equation

i use Word2003 to create equations and i create it normaly but after i create
it i try to edit it but the following message appear
Word can not open the document:user does not have access privilage
i use windows xp and have only one administrator account and no NTFS file
system
this happend with any equation i create or  try to edit in a created file

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the Office Plugin
that comes with it.  See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to
use Office programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more info.
