When using Word, Excel, or Access,(Office XP Pro)  and attempting to print,
the programs freeze. When attempting to reopen the rescued file, the message
appears, "this file caused a serious error".
The system has worked fine untill I installed the XP service pack 3.
Iremoved it and  have reinstalled everything possible. No Luck.  After
pressing PRINT, there is a long pase, and then "Program  not responding".
Have replaced Normal.dot.
Can anyone help. I'm about to reformat my disc.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the printer driver? Also, after all
these crashes, you may need to clean out your computer. See this FAQ for
some help with this http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm
