Word 2000 will not open.

Trying to open Word and keeps closing with the sorry for
the inconveinence message. Click here reveals a error
of 'vbe6.dll' Excel and other programs work fine. Each
time I retry to open, the top of the page has the the
document numberchange. Got me buggered!! :)
