I have tried to save an existing word document to D drive but when i click
'save as' using that drive, up pops a box with 'incorrect function' I have to
click the OK button which then displays 'you do not have access to folder D.
See your administrator for access to this folder.
Can anyone solve this problem for me, please.

You will probably get this message if your D: drive is a CD or
DVD drive.  Don't save directly to CDs or other removable media
from Office applications, because doing so usually results in
file corruption sooner or later.  Instead, save to your hard
drive, close the file, and then use Windows Explorer, My
Computer, or your CD mastering software to copy files from the
hard drive to the CD.
