Visual C++ Debug Library

Hi!

Sometimes this kind of message appears to my screen when I use Word:
Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Could someone tell me what this means and what  should I do about it.
Everything what I have written just goes away (unless I haven`t saved the
text). I have to almost every time, after a written sentence, remember to
push the save-button, just incase that the message appears again.

A Visual C++ runtime error means there is an error in a third party
add-in (COM Add-in) which are not part of the Word installation.
