Word 2002....second re-installation.  I have a number of doc.s in the My
Documents folder.  When I try to access them on my laptop I am greeted by an
error message: The file XXXXX is not available (XXXXX being the title of the
document).  I can copy doc.s to a disc and use them on other computers, but
not my laptop.  I've tried removing and re-installing Word to no avail.  WHAT
am I doing wrong?

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it.  See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to use Office
programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more
information.
