Paragraph P icon on all documents and I want it off. Help?

I think I hit "Paragraph" in FORMAT while in WORD, and now that backward
capital "P" is polluting every WORD document I have saved, and I can't get it
to go away.  I'm using WORD XP Home on a Presario.  Anyone sharing a clue
will be deeply appreciated.  Thank you.  Gayle
