I Can't open word docs also, each time i try to open the file i get a message
saying: the file {what ever you named it} is not available??  please help me
as i need to open my files asap.

A question with a subject line such as yours really doesn't
deserve an answer, but...

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it.  See

information.
