Hi Jim,

The context menu switches depending on where you have your cursor when you right click.  If you have the cursor in the misspelled
Word (or to the left of the space) when you right click then you should see the suggestions at the top and the 'spelling' choice
about 1/2 way down.

If you have it in the space to the right of the Word you would get the mini toolbar and the regular editing context menu. (It may be
easier to see if you have the 'non printing' characters turned on and see where the cursor lands (to the left or right of the 'dot'
between words).

An annoying problem with Word 2007 spellchecking which wasn't present in the
Beta versions:

When you type a word wrongly and press space after it, the incorrect
spelling will redline. You can then right-click the word and a spelling menu
should pop up with possible correct spellings at the top.

In the new Word 2007 this menu frequently does not appear on the first
right-click. Instead the standard Cut/Copy?paste etc menu appears. The
spelling menu often only appears on the second right-click.

I haven't yet been able to work out why it sometimes appears on the first
click but often doesn't. Is it simply that I'm working too fast for the
programme to complete its spellcheck?

Any ideas? >>
