I just loaded my Office 2003 software on to my new Windows Vista computer.
How ever, every time I start Word the End-User License Agreement window
opens. I have to click the Accept button to continue. How can I stop this
window from appearing?

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".

THIS IS THE FIX - I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM - EULA SHOWING UP ALL THE TIME.  THE
LINK WALKS YOU THROUGH - NOT TO HARD TO CHANGE - AND IT WORKS!!
