I have been using a licensed MS Office Word 2007 for the last two months. In
the last 10 days it has been frequently crashing. When it crashes it wants to
send an error message and once the message is sent , it recovers the doucment
and agin it crashes. I have not been able to use it for the last 10 days. I
am stuck.
Point to note here is once the error message is sent to MS website it gives
an hint saying I am having problem with "Xerox Pro35 user interface" is
having an problem . I will have to go to Xerox site and download the patch
for the same. If you go to Xerox site, there is no such patch available for
MS Office Word 2007.
Please let me know how do i Solve this problem.

I presume that you must be using a Xerox printer? Go to the Xerox site and
download the latest driver for your printer/OS. Then delete the printer and
reinstall it.

Also... the fact that it was working okay for two months suggests that
something more is happening... possibly a corrupted Normal.dotm or corrupted
registry entries.
But... looking back about 10 days... was there something you installed just
before the crashes started occurring? If so, then it's possible that
something else introduced instability and ultimately is causing the crashes.
