When I open a document produced in Word 2003, it doesn't print correctly.  I
have a doucment with 17,660 words and it shows as a 2 page document.  I can
open it in 2003 and it shows fine as a 39 page document.  I have tried
converting it and then it only shows as 3 pages.  If I do a print preview and
try to page down, I get an error message "Word could not determine the
destination".  Has anyone got a solution to the problem?  Thanks Jim

Try using Open & Repair: that may find the problem.

From your description, there is a corruption near the beginning of the
document. Try using SaveAs and chose RTF or HTML format. Save and close the
document. Then reopen and use SaveAs to change back to a DOC formant.

Hi Terry,

That worked.  Apparently both tables within the document had the same error.
I converted to rtf and it found the errors.  Then re saved back to doc
97-2003 format and all was well.  Thanks again.
