Bibliography Style is Missing

I have Office 2007 installed on two machines; on one machine the Bibliography
style list is properly populated with the 7 shipping defaults. On the other,
however, theses styles are "Missing" and all options in this Command Group
are grayed out.

I have tried moving the BIBFORM.XML file from the working machine to the
non-working machine however that does not enable the feature.

Any thoughts?

I've seen this reported a couple of times. In one case, uninstalling and
then reinstalling Office 2007 fixed the problem. In the other case, doing a
repair fixed the problem. I haven't seen any reports on exactly why this
happens.
