From your description, there is something obviously wrong with something on
page 70 or possibly 71.
What is on page 70 or 71, a table or image or just text?
I have had this problem in the past and sometimes it has been a poor table
or image, or even one word or sentence that has, for some unknown reason,
decided to corrupt.
A couple of things you can try.
Create copy of your document, for safety sake.
Open this new document with Open and Repair.
In the File > Open dialog, there is a downward-pointing arrow on the right
end of the Open button. After choosing the file, click that arrow to get a
small menu. Click "Open and Repair" in that menu.
Hopefully this will come up with a message of something being corrected.
If this does not work, then with this copy, delete all that is on page 70 (I
say delete to ensure that all paragraph marks have been removed, it would be
best to probably include some content before and after page 70 as well), and
then reinsert from a source file but with care, i.e. using paste special
unformatted text, then apply the styles you require (Headings, bullets,
etc.). Tables can be recreated from unformatted text, using the Table, Text
to Table function, then apply your styles again.
You could do the staged-delete: i.e. delete an image, does it Print?; delete
a table, does it print?; delete the text, does it print?
This take some time, but at least you can rescue your document.
