After booting up the computer I get the message ---
The procedure entry point ?Install Hook@@YANKH@Z could not be located in
the dynamic link library SBHook.dll.  I click OK and continue with my work.
This has been going on for a number of weeks.  I have noticed that the
computer has slowed down considerably since this message has been showing up.
Can anyone suggest how I can correct this problem?  I would like to avoid
having to reinstall the Operating System.  I upgraded from the MS Windows XP
Home Edition to the MS Office Professional Edition 2003 in January 2007.  I
would like to have this probem corrected and have the computer run faster.

Thanks

What has this to do with Word? This sounds ore like a Windows Startup
problem?

The SBHook.dll is usually part of a package called 'SmartBridge'.  Some ISPs or other providers use it for connecting to your
computer for online support.
