Word 2007 Not responding

Everytime I try to close the autosaved document window on the left side of
the screen, word does not respond and I have to close the program. When I try
to print a document, same thing happens. When I try to change paragraph
layout, same thing happens. Do you have any idea what's wrong? I already
downloaded the service pack 1 but same thing happens.

Possibly a corrupt or incompatible printer driver. But see this FAQ which
although not exactly your described problem, it should find the cause of
this.
