When choose html or rtf format as general format in MS outlook 2003, some
times(about 20%) the pc freeze and in task manager there is the winword.exe
although i didn't open. If choose to close the winword.exe, in a few minutes
the pc comes back but, the all process is very slow! Also the normal.dot has
stay open so has cerate a ~normal.dot and i must delete every time.
I don't know if it is important to say that our server has Exchange
2003(W2003 SBS R2 premium with sp2).
