I have been using Word 2003 for some time.  Within the past week Word will
not open documents when they are "double-clicked" - only the program opens.
Or I will get an error message saying Word can not find that file and shows
the correct file location!!

Any clues?

Thanks.   Oh, I am using XP with SP2 and all updates.

Reregister Word in Windows. From Start, Run, type in

winword /r

and press enter. Test again.
