Try switching to a different printer. If you don't have another, simply
install one from the Windows CD - a LaserJet 4 will suffice for tests - and
set it a the Windows Default printer. Test again now. If it works OK, go to
the HP support site and report the problem with the printer driver. There
have been many many problems with recent HP drivers for both Multi-function
and Inkjets.

I just decided to can it and go back to my Office 2003. I uninstalled the
printer, the drivers, and everything associated with Photosmart, as well as
office. I re-installed Office, and had the same problem. So, I'll just live
with 2003 for a bit unless you have any other ideas. Thanks!

Have you installed another default printer?
