When I am typing in Word 2007 and I get to the bottom of the page, instead of
the screen scrolling down to keep the curser in sight, the page automatically
jumps to the top of the page and I have to scroll down manually to see what I
am typing.  I just finished typing an email in Outlook, which uses Word as
the default word processor, and had to scroll down after I finished typing
every single line once I filled up the frame I was typing in.  I never had
this problem with prior versions of Office.  Is this a bug or a setting that
can be changed?

Let's clear up one point: Outlook 2007 does not use Word 2007 as its editor.
Outlook has its own editor that may look like Word, but it isn't. It uses
its own subset of Word in its own dll container.

The problem you are describing is usually caused by either a rogue graphics
or printer driver. It has been reported and is being looked at to determine
what is causing this. Would you let us know the following please:

What graphics card and driver you are using;
What printer and printer driver you are using;
What mouse and driver you are using.

Thank you.
